EXTREME-PARK "SHAKSHA"

Shaksha is a modern mountain-skiing extreme-park 30 minutes far from Yaroslavl. It approaches more for beginners or for those who loves quiet skiing. Descent is very flat. Hillsides are surrounded with forest.
The base has two mountain-skiing lifts, lift type is ski-lift. Lifting is on one person on a ski lift. Speed of lifting is 1,5 km/s. Throughput of two lifts is 1200 persons at an hour.
There is also tubing lift. Lift type is "baby-lift". Lifting is on one tube. Throughput is 600 persons at an hour.
Hire service. You can choose more than 300 pairs various complete sets of mountain-skiing equipment. The hire service is located at slope top. In hire it is widely presented mountain-skiing and snowboard stock of all sizes, including stock for small skiers. For tubing lines there are available 30 tubes in hire. Driving on snowmobiles is also available.
Fans of an extreme can make flights on motor-paraplanes.
In Shaksha there are 4 slopes, three of them are of the various sizes and difficulty for skiers and snowboard riders and one is for tubings. The mountain-skiing centre has the Swedish system of artificial snowing and the snowcondensing car.
Instructors will help the beginning skiers and snowboard riders to master their skills, and for small skiers there is the children's sports school.
The line has powerful, modern system of illumination.
There are bars “Chalet" and “Sunny valley”.

Slope № 1
Length - 200 m, difference of heights - 43 m, a slope is steep with a uneven gradient, with hillocks and gullies, it is partially covered by a rare underbrush (a fur-tree, an alder). The slope approaches for the skiers and snowboard riders assured of the forces.

Slope № 2
Length - 280 m, difference of heights - 43 m, an angle of gradient is 18 degrees. A slope is wide, smooth, but it is not for beginners.

Slope № 3
Length - 350 m, difference of heights - 46 m., a gradient of 13 degrees. A slope is wide, even, smoothly passing in flat out. It is intended for beginners and those who started skiing and snowboarding last season.

Between 2nd and 3rd slopes 2 parallel towing lifts pass, zones of landing and disembarkation of which are located near. The type of ski lifts is plateaus, lifting - on one person on a ski lift.

SPORT PARK "IZGIB"

Near to Yaroslavl in settlement Dubki there is the sport park "Izgib". Here you can practice the snowboard, mountain skiing, or classical Russian running skis. Three slopes of various difficulty will approach both to beginners, and skilled sportsmen. Two towing rope-ways will save time and forces on lifting for sport fulfilments. Last years trips on snowmobiles became popular, at will with tubing. Skilled instructors will help beginners to accustom with skills of mountain skis and a snowboard. Visitors may address to hire service to get modern ski and snowboarding equipment.
All conditions for fans of a paintball (and simply those who want to test themselves in a role of the marksman and a target) are created in the park. The platform for fights is equipped tactically rather interesting. The equipment, the form, bullet-proof vests, instructing are provided. There is the shooting gallery in the park.
Here it is possible to use the russian steam bath, to attempt in a bar or to fry shish kebabs in the arbour. Coming with children, you may not worry – with other children they will have fun under the supervision of specially trained personnel.
There is the bar "Lavina" for those who want to relax, a banquet room for celebrations, the tent "Baltic" which is especially popular in summer heat. Also arbours with braziers for shish kebabs are equipped in the sport park.

Tutaev

MOUNTAIN-SKIING SPORT CENTRE "NIKOLINA GORA"

The modern mountain-skiing line has grown in the shortest terms directly on departure from Tutaev.
About the river Rykusha there are two mountain-skiing slopes 210 and 240 m long with lifts (difference of heights of 40 m.), the service centre, an office building, hotel and 20 cottages. The line is illuminated and works even in a night-time. It is possible to arrive here empty-handed, and to take necessary equipment in hire service. Skis, snowboards, a sledge, inflatable boats – here are everything for real winter rest as for adults, and small children. Sportsmen, simple fans of skiing and beginners can run in a line. Visitors may use the Austrian towing rope-ways of ski-lift type; the children's lift and an educational children's slope; tubing; hotel rooms; cosy cafe. An original finds sport center are two raw-hide tents. After extreme sport exercises it is possible to get warm at a fire there.
Hotel "Ekaterina"
Not far from a complex there is small cosy hotel "Ekaterina" 3*. There are a small park, a skating rink and the museum of banking, so each of visitors can spend a free time how it is pleasant for him.
In fifteen cosy rooms of this hotel there is a system of heating of a floor that creates comfort for lodgers.
Hotel accommodations are double (it is possible to use them as single) with the area more than 16 sq. m and with a full bathroom. In each number there is a TV, all necessary furniture, phone with city and a domestic long distance communication, Wi-Fi, accompanying sanitary items. In luxury rooms in addition there is a sofa, armchairs, a refrigerator, the hair dryer, a dressing gown, electronic system of access.
The rest in each of rooms of the hotel is a small travel to one of the remarkable countries of the world. Pictures, accessories and the different pleasant trifles delivered specially from England, Spain, Egypt, Thailand, France and other states, will help to feel an exotic cosiness, staying on the coast of Volga.
In hotel there are a cafe-bar and even exotic entertainment – a hookah. Fans of a shish kebab will be glad to find a brazier on which they can prepare a tasty refreshments in an internal court yard.
In hotel lodgers can beat themselves with birch twigs in a steam bath, and after this to drink fragrant hot tea, to visit an exercise room.

THE CENTRE OF SKIING AND REST "DEMINO"

The centre of skiing and rest of "Demino" is in 70 km far from Yaroslavl on river bank of Volga.
“Demino” has the status of the Regional Center of sports training, here the all-Russian competitions on cross-countries pass regularly. In a season 2006-2009 Center "Demino" is chosen as a place for carrying out the Stage of a cup of the world on cross-countries.
In Center territoryt here are the ski-roller line of 3,75 km and ski lines of 5 and 10 km which were already preferred for all-the-year-round preparation by the best skiers of the country.
Not only fans of ski lines and abrupt slopes will find here some pastime to themselves, visitors also can hire the fads, sledges, take part in a safari on snowmobiles, on inflatable cylinders, and for especially far-sighted — an interactive shooting gallery.
In the Centre it is possible to have a rest perfectly both for a family and for the amicable company.
There are 25 modern two-storied cottages. In each cottage there are an open terrace, a sauna, a wood fireplace, the TV, an audioradio tape recorder, phone, completely equipped kitchen (a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, an electric teapot, kitchen utensils, ware), a shower, a bathroom with a heat-insulated floor. In territory near each cottage there are external illumination, video observation, a parking, a brazier.
An unique in Yaroslavl region country restaurant complex “Pristan (Landing stage)” is situated in the centre of rest. One of the main advantages of restaurant is a qualitative European cuisine.
